Imaginary Colours

BLACK AND WHITE WEEKEND

IMAGINARY COLOURS

Heat is yellow, heat is blue;
Everyone agrees that's true.
There's no colour in this shot
Yet, you'll agree, the scene is HOT!
Like painting-by-numbers we simply add
The colour that we know it had.
We feel the heat, enjoy the shade,
It's a Coloured Cavalcade.

LAP MISHAP!
(The first line came from Mad Kane.)

A fellow was trying to dine
On a ship as it sailed down the Rhine.
But the sauerkraut spilt
All over his kilt
And the Germans all shouted out 'Nein!

I could very well imagine the colour.
Have a nice weekend.

Oh yes, beautifully hot colour. Our chances of summery photos are coming to an end, but yours are stretchinh out ahead. Enjoy!

I prefer to see it in black and white for neither color is 'hot' for me in my color chart - that is where my imagination falls short! Yes, compositionally, those umbrellas perfectly protect the sitters from the heat
suggested by the light on top of them - its a cool photo for all that!

Or . . . see it as a black and white film.
