Wouldn't you Know!

GRANDMA'S GOULASH
supplied the illustration for a very very brief story

WOULDN'T YOU KNOW!

Perfect plan! Carried-out to perfection!
Body dissected, section by section.
Just couldn't quite organise the head.
Threw it over the fence instead.
Buried under the leaves it lay.
Then the Watson kids came over to play!

CANOPY
(A Cinquain)

Shelter.
Protective. Shadowy.
Relax, contemplate, observe.
View the pounding seas.
Canopy.

And strange that you should mention Watson, my having just emailed you about Sherlock. I like the b/w Canopy photo - and the 'rime' that goes with it.
If this is a heteronymn - then I like this form of
description. But, you say it isn't, that it is a cinquain -
ignorant as I am about what the difference is between these terms?

The "Watson" kids. I like that.
I'm not sure I like you being scary, but, hey, who am I to complain?
I love the canopy. I've just been playing around with floor plans (my hobby) for a house with wide porches and I really like the roof, posts, etc. in this B&W.

What a great twist on that seemingly innocent photo. Wonderfully creepy!
