Happy New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Who cares if I'm one year older!
Who cares if the wrinkles spread!
Who cares if the date
Says 'Getting late'!
I'm alive! And I could be dead!
*
So to all of you other wrinklies
Hanging on as the clock winds down
A Happy New Year
Don't shed a tear!
Go out and paint the town!
*
Last  year's greeting here:

See tomorrow's blog for a glimpse of life about sixty years ago.

I'm for staying home and partying! Proud of my wrinkles = wisdom!

Happy New Year, Rinkly.

There, I got the spelling right this time, despite your emphasis on the 'w' in your poem here.
