Croodle Cakes!

KRAZY KITCHEN

CROODLE CAKES!

Picture, my friends, a Croodle Cake! A crispy, crunchy item.
Those who have tasted Croodle Cakes say how much they delight 'em!
Eat them singly or en masse, alone or with some bacon.
You'll make them time and time again unless I'm much mistaken.
Cook the noodles speedily according to instructions;
They are, perhaps, the easiest of instant food productions.
Add cabbage, carrot, onions, flour when the noodles are quite cool,
Then add as much salt as you wish (a small amount's the rule.)
Beat the eggs till golden rich and give the lot a stir;
Add more flour if a thicker mix is what you might prefer.
Drop heaped amounts in sizzling oil, flattening as you go;
Turn during cooking; they will take just three minutes or so.
Cook in batches, set aside, keeping warm for eating.
There's no doubt these crunchy beauties take a lot of beating.

3 x 85g packets chicken flavoured 2-minute noodles. 1/4 shredded Chinese cabbage.
