The Clasp

THE CLASP

Said Great-Grandmama ' I'll clasp it tight
Nevermore to see the light!
I'll look at his stupid face no more
For he's run off with the woman next door!'

PERPETUAL MOTION

Don't analyze! Let your eyes dance across the painting.
Who cares what they are? Who cares what they do?
Someone has captured the wind and almost pinned it down!

I wonder why grandma didn't just throw out his picture--would have served him right to be dumped into the 'dumpster'...loved your mm.
