CRUISE FINALE
As we departed Sydney two long weeks ago,
The sun was setting in the sky with a lovely golden glow.
Companions.....Nigel, Sheila, Eddie and Sue..... could not have been more to my taste.
We congratulated ourselves non-stop on how we'd been luckily placed.
Untouched, I swear! The deep blue sea as it was when on the cruise.
We could hardly believe it! The bluest of all blues!
I loved some of the music in the Centrum! Here you see
Other guests all gathering to hear a melody.
Malcolm looking so relaxed in the Schooner Bar one night.
We only had a drink or two all cruise, and so we never got tight!
A shot of me and the ship in Cairns; the clouds are hanging low.
The town was pleasant but the heat made everybody glow.
We went up on the Sky-Rail and someone took a shot
Of the two of us together at a scenic look-out spot.
Here is Malcolm above Brisbane. We enjoyed a pleasant tour.
Cruising is very delightful but it's nice to go ashore.
WATERY WEDNESDAY

And, finally, back to Sydney, where we sprang up from our beds
And, finally, back to Sydney, where we sprang up from our beds
To see the dawn in the Eastern sky as we were coming through The Heads.
As we saw it from our balcony. My favourite holiday view.
So ends my Cruise Compendium; your comments have been kind.
Cruising is the way to go for fun and peace of mind.
