KRAZY KITCHEN
CHICKEN CRUNCH
Anything 'sweet-and-sour' is 'delish'!
This is a tasty, easy dish
Made for summer in a flash
And a great improvement on sausage-and-mash!
Half an hour before the meal
Prepare the dressing; the jar must seal.
Shake together sugar, soy sauce
With oils and vinegar, of course.
Leave to blend while you then prepare
The dish which is the central fare.
Fry the noodles in a pan,
A few at a time is the wisest plan.
Then in a bowl that suits your needs
Combine chicken, lettuce and sesame seeds,
With little spring onions chopped up small,
And into the fridge then pop it all.
Just before serving add noodles and dressing.
Your guests will will certainly be confessing
' We couldn't do this with a pre-cooked chook!
Why don't you write a cookery book?'

it sounds delicious, but if it weren't for Lean Cuisine I would starve now.
