HIGH FINANCE!
Borrow and lend and lend and borrow,
Here today and gone tomorrow,
It was bound to end in sorrow
It's known as greed.
We realized in '008,
That penury would be our fate,
But, by then, it was too late!
We paid no heed!
Neither borrower nor lender be!
Don't be rash with currency.
There's no such thing as a money tree!
You'll keep on owing.
Mortgages will not be paid,
Hopes will shatter, hopes will fade;
Your country may not make the grade.
There's an ill wind blowing.
Don't keep wanting more and more.
That is not what money's for.
Everyone will end up poor!
Life's not plain-sailing!
Let us live within our means;
We don't need eviction scenes!
Money isn't jelly-beans!
The system's failing!

OCHRE
Ochre is the colour of Australia,
The soil and the red, red heart.
It's the colour of its heat in the summer
And the colour of its native art.
It features in body-painting,
And in works of world renown.
It's that wonderful sun-soaked,
Rusty, golden, deeply satisfying brown.
