Foot Loose

GRANDMA'S GOULASH
asks us to create a VERY short story from this picture!

FOOT LOOSE

The workshop was as he left it.
The staircase was almost complete.
He stepped on the top step to check it out.
And tripped over his two left feet!

SUMMER SAIL

Oh the blissful cool of sails
When the summer heat prevails.
Just to see them overhead
Makes the red-heat much less red!
You may say you prefer a tree
With all its leafy majesty!
You may sneer at this man-made
Attempt at offering some shade!
But see the patterned filigree!
We can enjoy both sail and tree!

A natural place for accidents, me thinks.

Two left feet can be more than an old wives' tale! Clever!

Oh, I can relate, having two left feet myself. I've never been in the cellar of our house, and have seldom been up to the loft over the garage.
Love the idea of enjoying sail as well as tree. Why scoff at one when you can have both? Lovely photo.

That shop does look like an accident waiting to happen!

That's the thing with us guys. We might be great with our hands... but we aren't very graceful.

Funny! I know just how he feels, as I often have two left feet of my own.

Better two left feet, than missing a foot. That's what I thought when I read your title, Foot Loose.

Makes me glad I live in a one story home now. lol
