ALL DECKED OUT
This is the local Sailing Club,
The boats are in the bay,
Be-ribboned trees send the message
That this is a special day.
Maybe a young ship's captain
Will be joined to his special crew
And sea and sky are backdrops,
Both wearing 'something blue'.
We weren't asked to the wedding;
Passing by we made a check,
And saw that it was all decked-out
Before 'All hands on deck'.
