P.S.

PRIVATE CELEBRATION FOR ALL TO SHARE.

Five years without cancer I celebrate today.
Five years since I spanked it and sent it on its way.
Two thousand days of living! So I am on a high.
I love being five years older!
It means I didn't die!

Hi Brenda. Pleased you visited my site and enjoyed reading it. Nice to meet you. I too am a retired teacher.
I love Brer Rabbit stories and like you I often wonder whether they are deemed racist these days. Sadly in the days when we enjoyed them with our children we never gae such things a thought.
Shall put you on my blog list as I have enjoyed reading you. Best wishes to you.

Congratulations! This is certainly a great opportunately for celebration.
Thanks for visiting and don't be so modest! You aren't ignorant for you are a teacher like me and know how to find your information at Google. That's what I do at least. I copy most of it.
I like your rhymes very much.

G'Day Dear Brenda ~~ Many congrats for beating the beast, and I hope you continue enjoying cancer free days. I hope you will be as fortunate as me. I had breast cancer 29 years ago with no return in all that time. Enjoy your 5 year celebration. Love and Hugs, Merle.
