IN A TWINKLING!
'Come on, children! Off you go!'
Their answer? Just a laughing 'No!'
We persevered. Their eyes were bright.
Their answer? Just a laughing 'No!'
We persevered. Their eyes were bright.
I think 'This will be quite a night!'
In five minutes I take a peep!
Both of them are fast asleep!
In a twinkling! Who could guess
That 'No' could so quickly turn to 'Yes.'

That 'No' could so quickly turn to 'Yes.'
