We visit the Japanese Garden whenever we possibly can.
And I always end up planning a holiday in Japan.
I love the symmetry and calm, I love the stones and moss,
I love the curving bridges and the waters that they cross.
But most of all I love the windows, and the way they seem to tame
The glory of the garden and fit it in a frame.
A very special window here:
Japanese gardens are so beautifully planned that one element blends into another so precisely. Everything has it's place and to remove one thing would make it less attractive.
ReplyDeleteA poem with feeling.
