Out of the Blue!

BLUE MONDAY
Smiling Sally blogspot.

OUT OF THE BLUE!

'Snow', said the goose
'Is not much use;
It's cold when it hits my bill!
I do a flip
When I take a sip,
Swallowing all that chill!
And, furthermore,
I get quite sore
When I see that mass of white!
Against the snow
I no longer glow!
My white looks much less bright!
What a year!
But help is near,
Help from the usual quarter;
A can of blue
From the Nesbitt crew
With lovely tepid water!
When Spring comes round
Then I'll be found,
Strutting my usual stuff!
Looking 'white as snow'
With my usual glow!
Till then, well, life is tough!
